Gentle Hair Dye Water Colour is a gentle, water based, ppd free formula which produces beautiful, long lasting colour and shine. It gently penetrates the hair cuticle without changing the structure of the hair, leaving it soft, silky and smooth.
Water Colour hair colour was developed to be kind to the hair and produce natural looking colours. It is capable of up to 100% grey coverage yet without the use of damaging chemicals. It helps you achieve a beautiful natural hair colour without ammonia, alcohol, resorcinol, perfume, bleaching agents or p-Phenylenediamine (PPD).
Usage instructions are included with your order, and explain how to use Water Colour hair dye to achieve your choice of permanence – from semi-permanent right through to a quasi-permanent colour, lasting up to 28 washes.
Gentle Hair Dye Water Colour was previously known as Daniel Field Natural Colour. During the change over period, you may receive a mix of packaging, however except for the packaging, the Gentle Hair Dye Water Colour is exactly the same – ingredients and usage instructions are unchanged.

*Water Colour applicator bottles are very robust, so please re-use for as long as possible to keep plastic waste down.
You can remove the applicator bottle from your basket by adding the ‘no mixing bottle required’ option to your cart (this listed at the top of the water colour shades – before Shade 9.1) and save 50p from your order.

Important Note on Colour Choice
Because Water Colour is free from harsh chemicals it won’t lighten your hair. It is ideal for grey coverage or for darkening light hair. The colour samples below are the approximate shade when applied to white hair.
